An exceptional stay with outstanding service, phenomenal breakfast, and the perfect location.
We spent four wonderful days at Capella Sydney and couldn't have been happier. The breakfast was phenomenal—my eggs were cooked exactly the way I like them, and the buffet was excellent with a fantastic selection of high-quality food. The location was spot on, too. Everything was within easy walking distance, from Sydney's major attractions to great shopping, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The deal mentioned for my stay was not honored
Clean, spacious room. Well designed with many well thought out decor in the room. Housekeeping and f&b staff were courteous and speedy. Public spaces were well designed as well

- • I booked 3 2 nights stay that should come with a AUD 300 hotel credit per stay (AUD900 for 6 nights based on my 3 bookings). Upon check in, the staff didn’t inform me of any changes or discrepancies. In the evening I happened to call the reception to verify, at which point I was informed that the total hotel credit was the 6 nights was only AUD300. I informed the staff about the 3 separate bookings I made. He told me that he’s not sure of the difference. The next morning, another staff informed me that the AUD300 hotel credit could only be applied to reservations that has 24 hours in between check out and check in This was not informed at the booking.com terms & conditions before I made the booking.
