Comfortable and convenient
Very good location so close to the airport! Had a supermarket downstairs to the hotel and also a fried chicken place by the main reception desk. The restaurant food at the hotel was lovely and the view of the sunset from there is amazing! Definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Komodo island too as they often have tour guides picking up from the hotel too the boat harbour isn’t far from here too !

- • Nos aparecieron hormigas en la habitación (era una sin ventana enana) y querían sacarnos de la habitación para echar spray mata insectos…Tuvimos que insistir para que nos cambiaran a otra y finalmente viendo el descontento lo hicieron. Aún así subía olor a desagüe del baño.

Enjoyed - would stay again.
Loved the dining area looking out over the bay. Breakfast was excellent providing for all tastes; particularly liked the Jamu Kunyit Asam (Tumeric & Tamarind Herbal Drink) and would like Zasgo to give me their recipe.

- • The stairs were open to the public - not giving access to only hotel guests.
Good location, cosy and welcoming staff
The pool was lovely and had a good view, walking distance from the airport (15/20 mins). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was a buffet style with a good variety. There was a shop at the bottom of the hotel which is a good addition.

- • Room was very small. Shower pressure on the wall mounted was very poor, however the handheld was better.
