Excellent staff. Expensive but good breakfast. Quiet. Walking distance to train station, restaurants, grocery. Would stay there again.

Very close to the train station.
Clean and spacious room with beautiful decoration and only 7 minutes from the train station. Has a cool but cold pool with many rules. The toilet is mounted too low and there is very little toilet paper.

A choice hotel in Montpellier
Very nice hotel, well located in the immediate vicinity of St Roch station. Very good quality bedding. The breakfast buffet is generous. And above all, all the staff are always very smiling and helpful. Regularly on business trips to Montpellier, it has become my "home away from home".

Room was really clean - quite small but just what we needed. Would really benefit from a fridge in the room and some glasses to be able to have some water. The rooms are not serviced every day so make sure to ask at reception. Location wise it was great and only a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Montpellier. It was great for what we needed and would stay again.

A shame! Bed bugs!
I want to express my immense disappointment following my stay at this establishment. What was supposed to be a restful night turned into a nightmare. In the middle of the night, I discovered the presence of bed bugs in my room 615. These parasites, signs of a blatant lack of hygiene, caused me itching, stress, and total insomnia. Faced with this unacceptable situation, they changed my room in the middle of the night after looking for the night watchman. It was only after insisting that they washed my belongings in their laundry and dried them. And despite this, the hotel disclaims any responsibility if my clothes were to shrink or get damaged during washing or drying. This is totally unacceptable, especially since the origin of the problem clearly stems from their negligence. I also asked for a refund for this catastrophic night and fortunately I got it, but no commercial gesture was offered to me. No consideration for the consequences it may have had on my stay, my personal belongings, my week of business travel, and the return home with the consequences it could have at home. For a hotel that claims to offer a "quality" experience, it's a shame. I hope this testimony will serve to alert future customers... and to push the management to take responsibility.
