Friendly and helpful staff. We had half board and had very delicious dinners. Breakfast was also fine. The hotel is in a good location. Within 100 meters, there is a shopping center.

- • There were minor issues with the room, but the staff quickly resolved them. The rooftop pool could only be used after 12. Once only until 5 pm, because there was an event. We were only notified about this in the afternoon. It was strange that the SPA could only be used for a fee. We had not experienced this before.
We are disappointed!

- • Disappointing breakfast, more like a canteen. Croissants, chocolate bread, etc., were industrial and definitely not fresh at all; for us French people, they were inedible. No local pastries or fresh orange juice, even though Portugal produces oranges. Table without a tablecloth or placemat, deplorable for a hotel claiming 5 stars. We had to ask for bathrobes and slippers at the reception. Only on the first day, we had small hand towels. The balcony was not cleaned during our stay. Overall, the cleaning was rather rough. Having a separate space for parents with young children would be a good idea. The screams and cries of children when you want to have a quiet breakfast are unbearable.
We were there for appointments at CUF next door. It was super convenient and the staff were very professional. We didn’t know how long the stay was and the staff were very accommodating in checking us daily. The breakfast was excellent.
