If someone wants to go to a good hotel, do not choose the Hilton hotel chain under any circumstances

- • For three days there was no hot water in the room, cleaning was missed twice, the breakfast area was regularly crowded even from eight in the morning, not just between nine and ten, they regularly forgot to do something in the room like refill soap, towels, the drain was clogged, its repair and so on. The advertised wellness service in the hotel was available for an extra fee, the pool was filled with cold water, which is not so pleasant. When we complained about the hot water, they told us to go to the paid spa if we wanted to bathe. In a one or two-star hotel, one can accept going to a shared shower, but not in a five-star hotel. There was construction next to the hotel, the noise was unbearable from 8.00 in the morning until 8.00 in the evening.
