A wonderful experience.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beauty of this hotel, the details, cleanliness, and staff. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the breakfast and spa were a plus. The location is central to all the restaurants and shopping in Ponta Delgado. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were brought a bottle of champagne and desserts.

- • The SPA / Wellness center was not very clean, and it was also very noisy the night we went there. Hotel guests with children did not respect the silence rules, and the staff did not ensure that it was respected. It may have been 'unlucky' on our part but it was quite different from the relaxing image we had of this hotel.

The calm, cleanliness, the availability of the staff especially Raquel who was adorable, the quality of the bedding and pillows! A real gem of a hotel.

- • The bathroom was a bit dark and hard to get into. Think if the doors were opening the other way it would have made a huge difference
