The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the amenities were perfect. The proximity to the stadium was ideal for the World Cup game.

- • Management was actively rude. They canceled my adult son's three-night stay after his flight was canceled (and wouldn't let me check in for him), then charged him for a new room, effectively selling him hotel space they'd sold twice already. Management told me they were following Hilton protocols (in canceling the room), but only Booking.com could process any refund request (which Booking.com's rep attempted and Hilton denied, presumably following those same protocols). When I asked the Manager if he would be upset if it was his own $1,600 that was forfeit, he said he wouldn't have booked through a third-party site. So, terrible customer service from Hilton. Do not book any Hilton property through this platform. Stick with Hyatt or Marriott or IHG or independent properties that care about their customers. Being a Hilton Honors member made no difference.
