- • The neighborhood was dirty, roads under construction.
The location is excellent if you want to take the train. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very attentive. We went to the park, and the distance is very short.

- • The breakfast is excellent. However, there is one significant issue: the way the host treated us was a major factor, and the chef's behavior was horrible. The chef speaks ill of people if they don't line up the way he thinks is right; I even heard him call them 'abnormal.' The host takes the plate off your table, insisting that you only have 30 minutes to eat breakfast. The people visiting the hotel are on vacation, and the pressure felt at breakfast time makes for a rough start to the day. I consider this disrespectful to the guests. That situation alone means I won't be coming back, and I do not recommend this place.
Great stay in the Bronx
We stayed 9 days in this hotel with spacious and clean rooms, cleaning and towel change every day. The staff is friendly and available all day, they are courteous and explain everything you need. The location, despite any prejudices about the neighborhood, is excellent, with two metro lines taking you to the center in just 20 minutes and connecting to other stops, making it very convenient to stay here. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, a bit lively in the evening but no one bothers or pays attention to you. The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast is a bit small but satisfying.
