- • The choice of breakfast. We choose breakfast included but we are limited in choice. And even for a latte, we have to pay. I find that ruins everything
It was amazing, central location, delicious food. If we return to Tulum, we will definitely return to this hotel!

- • We arrived with very high hopes, but our experience didn't quite live up to the expectations. The general atmosphere didn't feel welcoming. We never felt 'at home' or truly comfortable. The most disappointing part was the shift in attitude during checkout. The warm welcome we received upon arrival disappeared the moment we were set to leave. We were forced to wait over 30 minutes while they inspected our room, making us feel more like suspects than guests. The staff refused to let my partner keep the wristband as a souvenir, even though the electronic chip was detachable. It was a small, rigid gesture that capped off a stay where we felt valued only as long as we were spending money. You can have a beautiful property, but if the final impression is cold and unwelcoming, that is what guests will remember.

Very bad experience with this hotel. They will try to steal money from you at every opportunity they get. Let's start with the fact that they don't let guests in for a few minutes and charge $150 for it. In addition, the price of parking will always vary between $20-$30. The restaurant at the pool will try to charge you for things you didn't order, especially if it's a drink. The hotel employees are thieves. Beware of them.
