Nice stay, would prefer if it was more peaceful
Friendly staff, helped find and use the taxi app in Tulum Cool cenote Yum breakfast. Great hibiscus juice Nearby area has a few good food choices

- • Loud music playing from lunchtime onward around the cenote area. Would prefer peace, it was much nicer without music. Also, one day the neighboring property was playing loud music from early in the morning, and it could be heard from our rooms. Hot in summer - more fans would be nice around the cenote and pool area.
Very disappointed. Not a 5 stars hotel
The cleanliness is exceptional and I loved the yoga classes.

- • They have hidden fees. Parking they charge you separately, nobody was in the hotel but they wanted to charge us $8,000 to use a sun bed, some extra taxes. The food prices are ridiculous and the quality is not even good. This is one of the reasons why Tulum has no tourism anymore.
Excellent Hotel in the Jungle.
The entire establishment is very nice, it is clear that they take good care of the cenote. The facilities are in good condition.
