Resort feel in the jungle.
I like the jungle resort feel to the property. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was very kind and would try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wanted to read so they changed the club music to instrumental. Very considerate.

- • The very loud club music early in the morning. That was not necessary.
Nice stay with jungle vibe.
Really nice outdoor area with a great pool. Staff was helpful, we could rent scooters for 450 MXN per day on-site. Bikes are free, but they were in really bad condition. Rooms were okay, you definitely have to accept that small animals and especially mosquitoes can easily get into the hut, but otherwise nice. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure as well.

- • There was sometimes very loud music at the pool. The location is absolutely okay if you are mobile, but a bit far on foot. Only one person from the staff spoke English.
Pool open 24 hours. Beautiful courtyard, garden, house style.

- • Mosquitoes!!! Despite the canopy, mosquitoes bit us all night.
The place is fine but is pretty far from the downtown area, if you go by walk it is at least 25 min far from the main area, if you by car is an amazing place to just spend the night around and keep moving

Great but...
Superb hotel, magnificent pool, the room is super nice, and the staff very helpful. We ended up staying for 3 nights.

- • Music at full volume all day until 10 pm, if you want to relax by the pool it's not worth it, we have our ears full and the bass in the evening when we are in the room is very unpleasant. 30 minutes walk from the center.
10/10 everything beautiful!!! I went for one night and ended up extending because I didn't want to leave the place ☺️... It has a very nice vibe. José Luis and everyone working there were very kind. The spaces of the place are incredible, the room very comfortable, the pool beautiful for swimming... 100% recommended!

Close to some nice cenotes and the free bicycle and cheap motorcycle rental go a long way
The staff was the greatest: Rene took care of me with bicycle, motorcycle and tour planning and Jose Luis (the owner) even gave me a ride to the bus station when I was ready to leave. Overall: above and beyond

- • As with most locations here there were mosquitos and there was a little highway noise but not excessive.
