- • Duplex room where you can't stand up, so not really a duplex. Not pleasant for the person sleeping upstairs
Hotel ideally located to enjoy Sokcho
The geographical location close to the city center, the market (one of the best in Korea), and transportation to Seoraksan.

- • The low level of equipment i.e. no stove, no pot or knife. No chairs to sit for breakfast... in fact, it's much more like a simple hotel room than a studio.

- • There was a kitchen but no knives, no scissors, no scrubber, no kitchen detergent, and only one type of dish, so it was inconvenient.
