Thanks to my spouse who works in Dong-gu, Ulsan, I have almost visited all 4-star or higher hotels in Ulsan. This winter, unable to go to Gangneung Cimerk due to schedule constraints, I stayed at a mini version of Tani Bay and it was nice. I liked the spacious ocean view high-floor room and the advantage of being able to watch OTT. I think I will stay here often.

- • I have dust allergies, so I always request an air purifier at my accommodation. I was very surprised to receive a response saying they do not have air purifiers. Although the floor was not carpeted, which I thought would be okay, on the first day of my 3-night stay, I could see dust on the bedding and glass shelves, which made me sneeze and have trouble sleeping. I requested cleaning the next day, and that night was fine, but the same issues persisted afterwards. Although there was a ventilation system, it was centrally controlled, and having to open the window for ventilation was quite inconvenient. The bathroom tiles were black, so dirt was not easily visible, but when exposed to light, the dirtiness of the toilet paper holder stand (which had not been cleaned for 3 days) did not improve. It was very inconvenient to have to request consumables like slippers that should have been provided every night. The staff were not impolite, but the somewhat curt manner of their service also needs improvement. I hope everything will be improved when I stay again.
It was nice to take a walk near the beach and Daewangam Park. The parking space was ample, and I liked that there were plenty of dining options and cafes nearby.
