The staff's attention is excellent, a beautiful place and very comfortable to rest despite being in the heart of Puebla.

- • Breakfast could be improved, there are very few options. But the service is very good!
Superb hotel, excellent staff, close to everything
You cannot beat the location. If you got any closer, you would be sitting in the main town Square! Everything to see and do is within walking distance. The size of the room was very good, the strength of the shower was excellent, and the room was super clean. The breakfast choices were large and the food was prepared with care and very tasty. Each of the staff from the front desk to the door person to the bellboy to the restaurant staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. The view from the room was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would come and stay again myself. Shout out to Leonardo who was one of the restaurant waiters.

- • The room only had one chair and one waste bin - in the toilet area. Hairdryer was provided upon request. It would’ve been nicer if the air conditioner was stronger. We stayed in room 706.
Uncomfortable hotel in central location - not 5 star level.
The property is in a beautiful building and has a lot of art. The hotel is located in the Center of Puebla. The rooms were clean.

- • The rooms had no facilities (no hair dryer, no water kettle / coffee machine, no minibar). A/C was not working well, wherefore it was extremely hot during the night. The bed was extremely small. The pool was dirty. The staff was nice and tried their best they are not five star level (e.g. asked for pool towels which never arrived, asked for hot water and instead got ice water).
The hotel is very well located. It is a quality hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly.

Very comfortable stay in this nice town
We had a very comfortable and quiet stay here for three nights. The room was simple and clean with a good view over the rooftops to the volcano. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is easy walking distance to the sights and restaurants.

The kindness of the staff, the location, the breakfast, the comfort of the hotel. The employees help you at all times and make your stay very pleasant. There is a paid parking right next to it and the hotel employees park and pick up the car for you. Excellent service.

Beautiful and super well located
The common areas are spectacular, it looks like an art gallery and the historic building is recovered and impeccable. And the best part is the staff :)
