- • The kitchen did not seem up to the standard of the structure: I had dinner at the hotel, the food was delicious and well-prepared but you cannot spend 2 hours for appetizer, main course, and dessert. Breakfast is good but for a 5-star hotel, one expects something more.

Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Very disappointing.
Nice small hotel in a very good location outside Genoa. Great design but unfortunately at the expense of functionality.

- • Room very small despite being a premium double room with balcony and sea view. No storage space in the bathroom. Very noisy. We could hear the guests from the neighboring room in the bathroom. First evening no hot water for showering. Reading light by the bed did not work, as we arrived on a Sunday the lamp could not be repaired. This deficiency was also not corrected the following day. We are really very 'low-maintenance' guests, but for the price category of over EUR 700,- / night, not satisfactory (parking at EUR 45,- is an additional cost). Very disappointing. Of course, it is also difficult when one was previously a guest at a hotel of the Adler Group.
