- • The kitchen did not seem up to the standard of the structure: I dined at the hotel, the food was delicious and well-prepared but you cannot spend 2 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert. Breakfast is good too but for a 5-star hotel, one expects something more.

Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Very disappointing.
Nice small hotel in a very good location outside of Genoa. Great design but unfortunately at the expense of functionality.

- • Rooms very small despite being a premium double room with balcony and sea view. No storage space in the bathroom. Very noisy. We could hear the guests from the neighboring room clearly in the bathroom. No hot water for shower on the first evening. Reading light by the bed did not work, as we arrived on a Sunday, the lamp could not be repaired. This issue was not resolved the following day either. We are really very 'low-maintenance' guests, but for a price category of over EUR 700 per night, it is not satisfactory (parking at EUR 45 is an additional cost). Very disappointing. Of course, it is also difficult when you have been a guest at a hotel of the Adler Group before.
