- • At check-in, the person who helped us was dealing with too many things at once. That made us feel uncomfortable. The room was too sparsely furnished. The shower was not clean. So, it was a bit disappointing.

- • Quite careless in room service. All coffee portions at the water kettle were decaffeinated and expired. Trash was not disposed of.
Good hotel with friendly service, clean rooms, and an excellent location
Friendly and helpful staff. Despite self-check-in, there was someone on-site to assist us directly. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the location right at the train station ideal. The old town is easily accessible on foot.

Good hotel with a good location and great staff
Great hotel, very clean and nice ambiance. Especially the friendly staff member at our arrival totally impressed us! We really wanted a drink from the bar and despite the bar being closed, he served us a drink - that was really nice and we were very happy to end the evening with a good drink.

- • The extra bed was rather noisy at night and we were not quite sure if it collapses while lying on it :).
