- • I find it very unfortunate that there are very few parking spaces for the hotel in the underground parking. So you have to walk up or down a bit. But there are short-term parking spaces for loading and unloading.

- • Cleanliness is very poor... When I first received the room, I found the toilet dirty (the toilet seat was used and had urine on it). The hotel apologized and changed the room. The hotel allows pets and the smell of the carpet and furniture was very disgusting.

- • Just outside the hotel, there are more parking spaces for people with disabilities than for people without disabilities. There are not many people with disabilities. Inside the parking garage behind the hotel, there are many parking spaces for people with disabilities. This situation forces people without disabilities to park without consideration. People with disabilities are a minority, people without disabilities are the majority. I highly respect the individual circumstances of each person. Perhaps it should be balanced. The 4 pillows are all of the same poor quality. There should be 2 with better filling.
Good facilities, location relative to the airport is good and nice parking garage. Breakfast was also fine.

New, clean, modern, well-maintained hotel. We booked a family room consisting of 2 connected rooms, very convenient for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.
