Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort and service, but I would suggest improving the breakfast variety.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed almost everything about it. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

- • The only downside for me was the breakfast. While the quality of the food was good, there were very limited options for non-Asian guests. For example, there were almost no bread or lighter choices available. Since neither my daughter nor I usually eat heavy meals in the morning, we found it difficult to enjoy the breakfast and felt that it wasn’t worth having paid for it in advance.

- • False fire alarm in the middle of the night. So loud that you couldn't hear the person next to you. Too exaggerated. Elderly people could really have a heart attack.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Very accommodating for everything we asked. Very convenient to gate 5 at Kadena. Rooms a bit small but functional. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, new and clean hotel, convenient location, just across a short street there is a FamilyMart. The bathhouse's last entry time is 00:30 at night, suitable for me who comes back late.
