The best in Kaleici
Last summer we stayed at a different hotel, but dined and had lunch here. Even then, I decided to stay here. I booked 3 rooms for the family. All rooms were different, but all were good. Very cozy, very comfortable beds, bathrobes in all rooms, friendly staff. The Turkish restaurant is excellent. We didn't visit the Italian one this time. Please note that the hotel has 2 buildings on the same street, and it is not indicated on Booking.com in which building the room is located. I figured it out using the hotel's website and wrote an inquiry. I would like the descriptions of the rooms on Booking.com to specify in which building the room is located, especially since both buildings are good and there is a reception, as I understood, in both buildings.

- • There is no kettle in the room. At breakfast, we had to ask for water for a long time (in all languages). They said 'yes', but brought omelet, tea... and only after the 5th request, we managed to get a glass of water. Very long check-in. An employee took our passports (6 people) and entered the data into the system, while we waited. Usually, they make copies of passports or ask to leave them and give the keys, meaning guests do not wait for the data to be entered into the system. We were after a night flight, and the wait was excruciating.

A dream location
Beautiful hotel in the old town of Antalya, seems to be a tourist site as many people were taking pictures of it, which didn't surprise me as we felt like we were transported back in time. Ibrahim and Edin took care of all our needs, but all the staff were amazing and would go out of their way to help us in whatever we required. The restaurant staff were so attentive and kind, and the food was AMAZING. Of the places we ate at in Antalya, the food in the hotel restaurants was by far the best! The breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The housekeeping staff took care of us as though we were their family, the rooms were spotless, and the quality of the bathroom products was 5*. We had a 1-year-old with us on his first holiday, and the staff were very accommodating with whatever we needed for him. The hotel was perfectly located and in close proximity to all the tourist sites in the Old Town, with many shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable.
