- • The mattress quality was very poor, meaning it was a very old and uncomfortable mattress that did not provide a good night's sleep

Location close to the subway station. Heater in the room. Honest room.

- • Loud noise from the room next to ours and the corridor late at night. Complicated and very long online check-in. The staff member on Saturday night was rude and unfriendly when helping us check in. The bedsheets didn't look clean.
