- • Room comfort very poor. Bathroom without the minimum of accessories and soap towel holders etc. Open shower... they do not provide shampoo. Cafeteria employee serving along with guests at breakfast. Insect on the buffet table. Absurd noise from the staff at 6 am, setting up breakfast... regrettable to charge for using the garage inside the hotel itself.
A better-trained team would have made a difference.

- • I did not like the service of 2 girls on duty at night when we arrived. They did not make any effort to be friendly and one of them was even complaining loudly about another guest to a male employee who was arriving or leaving the shift. I asked if we could put an extra mattress in the room to accommodate the 4 of us (me, husband, and 2 children) and the employee made a mocking face when repeating my question to another girl. They wanted to charge us 2 reais for a disposable spoon to feed my baby, but in the end, another employee did not charge. In addition, there was mold on the wall of the room I stayed in.

Positive point: employees negative: In Sao Luis/MA and Belo Horizonte/MG they serve MARGARINE for breakfast, they could serve Butter.
