A lot of pomp and little circumstance
Very good location, the facilities have a lot of potential, but honestly Fasano has always been a reference for services, I found the reception very weak, they sent me to the wrong room and nobody even showed me the room

- • Very poor service for the price of the hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the service and with how the reception staff handles problems, breakfast with very poor service and very weak and EXPENSIVE food

- • Pool didn't work for 2 days, internet in the room was very bad, almost didn't work, and parking employees were intrusive, not discreet.
