- • Towels were old. Bed was too spongy. Firmer mattress would make me sleep better. There was no fridge.
Stay was good and helpful as I was under treatment at Sankara Nethralaya, JKCN.
Location is attractive as it is very close to Shankara Nethralaya (JKCN). Area is very neat and clean.

- • Check-in was delayed by 4 hours. No compensation given on the day of check-out or during stay.
I stayed in four residencies in India. I think yours was the best.
I am not in the habit of having Indian breakfast, but they managed to give sandwiches and tea.

- • They were very helpful, but there was a language barrier. However, we were happy, far from my country.

- • The non-veg menu for lunch and dinner (the meat wasn't freshly cooked; it looked like it was already cooked), but breakfast is fresh every day. No complaints.
