Difficulty opening the entrance doors with very old keys. Room furnished with just the essentials. No luggage support. They had to be placed on the floor. No chairs. The bed, including the mattress, was a disaster that did not allow us to sleep for two nights due to the creaking of the springs. A tiny TV placed on a wall far from the bed. The continuous complaints to the receptionist had no effect and no improvement. Scarce breakfast with a mini croissant and a coffee. Highly discouraged

- • Maybe the breakfast is not the classic Italian breakfast but it was still so good price-value ratio that it does not affect anything.
The name of this hotel and the luxury of the place do not reflect the quality of service.

- • Has nothing of a Palazzo except the name, besides being hard to find, poorly signposted, impersonal reception, code boxes. Good bedding, but the pillows are unusable because they are so big. No extra blanket available for the cold. Poor soundproofing in the room. The fridge is not insulated either, waking up every time it starts cooling. Having stayed there for one night alone, I did not feel comfortable in this environment. Every noise becomes suspicious. As for breakfast, a misery! Coffee lovers will only have instant soluble coffee. No butter for the bread. No fruits offered, and for those who like salty food, you will not be in the right place. The only luxury of breakfast, two small fresh croissants. For more croissants, you will have the choice of industrial croissants in plastic bags. I am not used to being so critical, but the luxury of the service is far from being up to par with this place. For my part, extremely disappointed!
