- • Scanty breakfast. Not even a bottle of water in the room. They asked us to leave the room early for inventory...
It's a palace...
L'emplacement était incroyable! Entre les logements miteux de Bari et les chers de Polignano a Mare, le Palazzo Introna à Mola di Bari était une oasis. C'était la base idéale pour les deux destinations avec des connexions ferroviaires fréquentes. Le Palazzo lui-même est un petit palais. Haut de plafond, atmosphérique, bien entretenu, il vous transporte dans une autre époque du passé. Situé au cœur de Mola di Bari, il donne sur la place centrale et animée de la ville à côté des restaurants et des bars sans aucune perturbation de leur part. Un conseil important est la cafetière dans la chambre et le petit-déjeuner. Enfin, je dois dire que la dame qui s'occupe de l'endroit était excellente. Elle prend soin des chambres et des invités avec beaucoup d'attention. Je la remercie beaucoup et j'espère revenir dans "son" palais.

- • Upon arrival. The key could not be retrieved because the box was broken. The person on the phone was not very nice, talking down to me, making me look like someone who couldn't open the box. Someone arrived at least 20 minutes later. Without any apology. But that was just the beginning. Prohibition. To leave the air conditioning on in the building! So when you come back. It's super hot. What's the point of having air conditioning? Forbidden to dry and it will have to be outside. Let's not talk about breakfast where the coffee with milk is totally horrible. The lady who welcomed us was not at all pleasant. Every time there was a reproach. Don't put the key like this otherwise it will break. While you should know that we didn't have a room key because their system was faulty, the room's front door didn't close, it could only be closed with a small padlock. It was not secure at all. But all this we had to put up with. On the other hand, when we arrived at breakfast the first thing said was you have to pay this much. Frankly, we are totally disappointed. The touch, the shower if you like. Having water jets piercing your skin, it's perfect. No toilet brush either so that when you have children if there are marks, well, it stays. My message is not at all to criticize, I am not like that but honestly we were really disappointed. On the other hand, to call us to say that there was an additional payment to be made on the same day, no problem, there we are friendly. Apart from the location, everything else was really regrettable. If you want to be well located then yes but know that you will not be well received and you will not have comfort.

Very central location, 10 minutes walk from the sea. Historic palace with sumptuous furnishings, extremely clean, very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, especially we appreciated the welcome and kindness of Mrs. Annamaria. Her energetic company and her valuable advice on how to best experience Mola di Bari are what makes Palazzo Introna an unmissable experience.

- • The breakfast was only 2 small croissants with juice and coffee. You need to offer more breakfast options please. We were still very hungry after breakfast, that we had to go eat outside of the hotel. Everything was great about the hotel but you need to offer more food for breakfast.
Everything, cozy room, good location. Mrs. Anna prepares a wonderful breakfast.
