Excellent view and attention with an incredible view.
It is very central and well located, many things to see, and the best part is that you can walk without getting tired due to the proximity, the friendliness of the staff, their willingness to help and clarify doubts, also an incredible panoramic view.

- • We went during the hot season, the room gets very hot and the fan is not enough. Although that is not their fault, that's why I still rate them 10/10.

The view was fabulous, during the day, at night, and in the early morning. It included breakfast, which I felt was a very nice plus, and Mrs. Gaby was very lovely.

- • The room looked very neglected, the curtain was almost transparent and there was only one like a scarf to cover, I had to put my clothes to cover the window so it wouldn't be seen, the shower and bathroom curtain had what looked like poop splattered, the soap seemed to have been there for a long time, in general, it was not very pleasant but for the price, I suppose it's okay, we only came to sleep but it was not very nice.

It is an accommodation located in a semi-peripheral area. They never responded to the messages sent prior to check-in. When we arrived there were no doorbells, the entrance door, with a huge staircase without any identification to the point that we never knew where there was a reception or a house or a place to check-in. The place looks more like a favela than a hotel. On top of that, it is a kind of hostel located on a hill. All very unpleasant.

- • The room had some cracks, I don't know if it's due to the constant earthquakes in the city, but nothing really remarkable.

A bit removed from the historic area and lots of stairs, but comfy enough with a great view & price!

- • There are a lot of stairs -- of different sizes and shapes. Some are narrow or sloping...thank goodness for the handrail, especially when carrying luggage. We climbed up without knowing where or how high to go as there is no office or signage...I kept shouting 'Hola!' until I was met and checked in.
