- • The staff was very unpleasant. They didn't give us any explanation and didn't answer the phone. The accommodation is very poorly located. You have to climb almost a mountain to get there. The rooms are not as shown in the photos. The bed is very uncomfortable, it's crooked inwards and very uncomfortable. The bathroom lacked a window. The fan had so much dust that we couldn't turn it on. The room smelled very bad of dampness and old. The facilities are very mediocre. The breakfast consists of four pieces of papaya and a very bad coffee.

- • There is not enough information about the conditions of the place. It is a place for young backpackers. I traveled for work. There are too many stairs without a break to reach the room and with all the luggage it was totally and absolutely tiring and exhausting. The owner said that Booking knows about the conditions of the place, so I really don't know whose responsibility it is not to inform me about the conditions of the place when I specified that I was traveling for work.
