I do not recommend having anything to do with the photos
Very bad location, the taxi did not want to enter the place and left me far away. I entered a very dirty room, with a cookie wrapper under the bed, there was no water to shower, not even from the tap, just dripping. The staff immediately asked for a service fee of 22.50 that was not used, not even for breakfast. I left a day early because I couldn't stand it anymore, the place smelled bad. I do not recommend

- • The accommodation was in a bad area, the room was full of cockroaches, the bathroom water was leaking everywhere, and the room door had no key or lock. We had to leave.

- • The room felt eerie and very uncomfortable. The property was noisy all night with constant shouting and loud disturbances. At one point, I heard a woman screaming and begging a man to let her leave. I have no idea what was happening, but it was extremely disturbing and made me feel unsafe. I spent the entire night frightened and couldn’t sleep. Someone even tried to open my room door, which was terrifying. I was too scared to say anything and waited until morning so I could leave. This was the most unsafe accommodation I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it, especially for solo female travellers.

- • Very disappointed with this reservation. The room did not match the photos presented during the booking. It was extremely small, with a very low ceiling height, almost no window (only a small pane), which gave a real feeling of suffocation. Additionally, winter sheets were installed despite the season. We asked to change rooms given the conditions, but it was denied. The assigned room clearly did not correspond to the one booked or the services advertised in the photos. Faced with this situation, we were ultimately forced to change riads directly. Despite this, no commercial gesture or refund of the amounts paid was offered, even though we never used the room we had booked. Very bad experience and a great lack of consideration for customers.

- • I repeat, the accommodation leaves much to be desired... it smells bad, it is dirty, the rooms are like dungeons... It smells like cat urine inside the Riad. The rooms are terrible... no ventilation... And on top of that, I contacted the Riad because we had to leave, and they have not been able to get in touch with me. Everything is disastrous.

It was close to the bus station, near the souk. The hotel is beautiful when you enter, with a central courtyard decorated in Arabic style. It has a very large terrace upstairs. The room is not small

- • The neighborhood is not very safe, the rooms are not well maintained, you cannot see the garden through the window as they say, you have to ask the guy to come and put the air conditioning, the bathroom is small and smells a bit.
