What a waste of my money !!

- • NO HOT WATER to bathe (I was asked to use other guests' bath and I refused) water had to be connected to Jojo pipes from the garden and I was asked to wait for 45 minutes to heat up (it was 10:40 at that time) 2 x TVs don't work (I missed the World Cup matches I so wanted to watch. Wi-Fi is a story for another day. Main door to my room doesn't lock properly Toilet not cleaned for years (it's rusty and smelly) Couch is filthy (....covered with a blanket so that you don't see but you can smell the dirt...) Mattress is bloody on the sides.........(as in blood aka hemoglobin, Hb or Hgb) I was thrown in the back room and NOT in the actual guest house. WHY? I requested breakfast the night before and in the morning I was sent a text saying I must "drop the keys in a box on my way out". Way Out? What happened to the breakfast I asked for? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to poor hygiene standards, not to mention poor service. The place looks good online, BUT !! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED

- • We had a bit of noise and smoking indoors problem with the other visitors but that was out of the lodge's control once I voiced my complaint all was well.
