Wonderful first days in Western Australia.
Very clean and well looked after. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Good breakfast. Easy to reach everywhere by public transport.

Wonderful❗️
The two hosts warmly welcomed us, making us feel as if we were at home. They provided many tips to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. With kitchen supplies available, we could cook what we wanted in addition to dining out. Within walking distance, there were supermarkets, cafes, and several nature-rich parks where we could refresh ourselves with walks and hikes.

Wonderful place to stay
I had a wonderful stay, the hosts are very accommodating and friendly and the space is large and has everything you need. The breakfast was lovely.

Warm, friendly, accessible, very comfortable, extremely clean. You would be silly not to stay here.
The location of the property was perfect, I was able to leave my car at the property and walk everywhere. The owners of the property were so friendly, helpful and obliging. The owners were also happy to discuss hiking trails with me, which interests me.

A luxury bed and breakfast within walking distance of public transport and fantastic eateries.
Although classed as a Bed and Breakfast it was more of an apartment. The hosts Philip and Junell were delightful.

Very comfortable and perfect location for a stay in Perth.
Perfect stay with hosts Junell and Phillip. Quiet location within easy walking distance to both West Leederville and Leederville Train stations as well as the main bus route, meaning you could easily get around without a car. With the 2 different train lines you can get to the Airport, or Fremantle (for Rottnest Island) or into the city (Elizabeth Quay). Very centrally based location with the added benefit off-street parking available. The main area for restaurants in Oxford St is an easy flat walk with every cuisine covered from Tapas, Italian, Irish, Korean, Thai etc. We very much enjoyed the substantial breakfast that was included in the cost and fuelled us for the day. The bed is very comfortable and you get private use of the sitting/dining/kitchenette area both on the second floor. There are lots of tourist brochures and pamphlets provided. Junell and Phillip are wonderful hosts and gave us a number of suggestions on what to see and how to get around the place. I would definitely come back to Northwood Bed and Breakfast if visiting Perth again.
