A very spacious holiday apartment with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Very well equipped. The location is also advantageous. Te Puia is also within walking distance. With breakfast.

- • Breakfast is a choice of egg dishes. In the kitchen, there is also milk and cereals. Instant coffee. Common practice in New Zealand. Sometimes only toast with jam is served.
Very warm welcome, high-end equipment, cleanliness worthy of a 5-star!
Simple but pleasant breakfast. Host really attentive, regularly asking if everything is okay. The proximity to the Redwood Forest, Te Puia, the city, and the shopping center is perfect, you can do almost everything on foot. The added bonus of the heated mattress topper in cold weather is just magical!

Splendid
Jan was so lovely and a wealth of knowledge. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for a good day of exploring. The villa was meticulously clean and very comfortable, filled with everything you could possibly need while traveling. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Very spacious accommodation, thoughtfully furnished, very warm welcome from the host Jan. All equipment was there. Nice terrace with morning sun, comfortable parking space, and a world-class breakfast!

Jan is an incredibly attentive and warm host who personally welcomed us on arrival and said goodbye when we left. Jan also provided us with very helpful tips for excursions in the area. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast and the friendly, personal conversations. The location is both central and quiet, making it perfect for exploring Rotorua while still being able to relax. The house offers every comfort you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a cozy living area. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the beautifully maintained flower garden with comfortable furniture – a perfect place to unwind. Everything is spotless and very well cared for. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotorua.
