Très bon accueil ,équipement haut de gamme propreté digne d'un 5étoiles!
Petit déjeuner simple mais agréable. Hôte vraiment aux petit soins qui demande régulièrement si tout va bien. La proximité du Redwood Forest , de Te Puia et de la ville ainsi que du centre commercial est parfait on peut quasiment tout faire à pied. Le petit bonus du surmatelas chauffant en période fraiche est juste magique!

Splendid
Jan was so lovely and a wealth of knowledge. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for a good day of exploring. The villa was meticulously clean and very comfortable, it was filled with everything you could possibly need whilst travelling. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Perfect stay in Rotorua, super Appartement with all amenities and a perfect host
Very spacious accomodation, thoughtfully fuenished, very heartly welcome from the host Jan. All equipment has been there. Nice terrace with morning sun, comfortable parking space, and a worldclass breakfast !

It was in a quiet road and in superb condition. Jan was an excellent and attentive host who made some brilliant recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at Rotorua Central Hosted B&B
Jan is an incredibly attentive and warm host who personally welcomed us on arrival and said goodbye when we left. Jan also provided us with very helpful tips for excursions in the area. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast and the friendly, personal conversations. The location is both central and quiet, which made it perfect for exploring Rotorua while still being able to relax. The house offers every comfort you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a cozy living area. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the beautifully maintained flower garden with comfortable furniture – a perfect place to unwind. Everything is spotless and very well cared for. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotorua.

Jan ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, sie serviert morgens ein warmes Frühstück und gibt tolle Informationen und Anregungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A personal , comfortable and welcoming stay
From the moment we arrived it was evident that Jan took significant pride in her accommodation . Purpose built it was new , immaculately clean and functional. She had intimate knowledge of the Rotorua area and gave helpful recommendations about activities. The kitchen was so well equipped -I even had the use of a slow cooker to make dinner . The laundry facilities were useful after many weeks travelling and the courtyard outside was just so visually appealing with the gorgeous flower garden . Every morning Jan would arrive punctually with our preordered cooked breakfast that fuelled us for our upcoming adventures. Jan was always genuinely interested in our plans and our completed adventures.
