Good option near Sintra. The owners' attention is excellent.
The house is very beautiful, large, and well-maintained. The room is large and comfortable, with a private bathroom and balcony. Besides that, the best part of the stay was the attention of Mário, who personally dedicated himself to show me the house, give me information about Sintra and other places to visit. I must mention that we forgot a handkerchief in the room, and Mário not only immediately notified us, but also brought it to us and even dropped us off at the train station.

- • The house is very beautiful, large, and well-maintained. The room is large and comfortable, with a private bathroom and balcony. Mario and Paula were lovely. The room was large. There was a beautiful garden and an outside patio. Two friendly outdoor cats. The offered breakfast was local food, homemade bread, and fruit and vegetables from the garden. It was enough to feed me for the whole day. Paula offered bags, so I could pack a lunch. The room had an amazing view of Palace Pena and the Moorish Castle. Very quiet at night.

- • It was a bit further from Sintra than I expected. I was not able to walk to the town due to narrow streets and a busy road. The payoff was the quiet. Mario drove me to Sintra in the morning. I used an Uber to get back. It wasn't expensive.
Not just a room to sleep but feeling like being at home with a very friendly and caring host couple. Wonderful breakfast & more with delicious self-made food.

- • Nothing at all to complain about. Location is a bit away from Sintra city center but if you drive by car, it is very convenient with free parking available.
It is the third time that my girlfriend and I have been there. The space is excellent and perfect for a calm weekend in a good location and at a fantastic price.

The best place to find relaxation in Sintra.
The place is stunning, spacious rooms with everything you may need, clean, an exceptional view of the surroundings. The owners are delightful and very kind, super helpful! There is also a fully equipped kitchen, excellent for those like us who love road trips.

The owners were extremely friendly, warm, and uncomplicated. Upon our arrival, we received a tour of the garden with an explanation of the different trees, which was very interesting for us. Mário explained the history of the place and the surroundings, gave us tips on activities and restaurants. And yes, later on our trip, we also visited the Parque Natural da Arràbida near Setubal - beautiful - thank you for the tip:) The house is located in a great environment, away from the tourist crowds but very central to Sintra and the coast. From our room, we had a magnificent view of the Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle. The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated, very clean, and equipped with a small fridge, kettle, and coffee and tea facilities. We also had access to the very well-maintained communal kitchen. We wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much:)
