I wish to specify that regarding the ground floor apartment, it is important to know that for a long time there has been a major problem in the bathroom with the shower tray overflowing, causing significant flooding in the living room and kitchen, which is dangerous as it can lead to injuries. However, it is the responsibility of the owner who has not taken the situation seriously up to this day. It is up to you to decide and ensure that the risk is no longer current.
