Very nice stay, couldn't be more central. We were very satisfied
Very central and beautifully located B&B Hotel. The hotel is situated in a very old building. Very nice rooms. The breakfast was a bit too "sweet" for our taste. Very nice hosts!

Charming
This charming B&B is housed in a beautiful 16th-century building with frescoes. The breakfast was plentiful and served on an outdoor terrace with jasmine and wisteria framing the view. Highly recommend!

Very special place
Very special place in an excellent location within the city. Fun breakfast on the palace terrace. The terrace is shared by all rooms, it's lovely with flowers and fruit trees. There is a common lounge for the 2 adjacent rooms and also a small kitchen for those interested. Excellent availability of the staff, and all are very professional

- • There are stairs for those carrying suitcases. We had a small bag so it wasn't a problem

- • On the second floor without an elevator: not easy for carrying luggage. Noise from the street in the room we stayed in. A bit hot as it's under the roof (there was air conditioning but we didn't ask for it to be turned on)
Central location, unpleasant communication
The accommodation is well-located with nice, if somewhat noisy, rooms. Based on the photos, we had assumed that parts of the common areas would be included with the room. Breakfast was okay and sufficient

- • Unfortunately, we had to leave the accommodation early due to illness; according to the booking terms, there was no option to cancel the unused night. Nevertheless, we had informed the hosts well in advance and asked for a solution. We only received a response after repeated inquiries, and even then it was vague; there was not even a suggestion of an interest in finding a possible solution. This is all the more surprising given that there had been a lively exchange on the day of check-in, but after check-in, they remained largely silent. On the day of our early departure, we were also charged the local tax for 3 nights (including one night we didn’t use). Just as we were leaving the accommodation early as agreed, we received a note stating that we could purchase the in-house produced toiletries—not the kind of message we had expected. Due to the lack of hospitality, I would not book this accommodation again. After reviewing other reviews, it appears that this pattern of unavailability has also been observed by other guests

We really enjoyed our stay. The palazzo is beautiful and our room was quite big and very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible!

The place. A small charming palace. Tasteful decor. Very pleasant hostess. Terrace fragrant with jasmine in May. Quality bedding. Absolute calm. A 15-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center
