- • The room is too warm during the day. The heat from outside is penetrating inside the room. The aircon can't sustain coldness, and the temperature inside the room during the day is 26°. The washroom is not clean (toilet, sink) and it's too warm inside the washroom. The closet, desk table/drawer is too dusty. Ants are all over the place. No toiletries like shampoo, body wash, hand soap.

- • The aircon cannot cool the room, 5 of us weren't able to sleep well. The toilet doesn't flush properly, the main door is not closing as well. We are moved to a 2-bedroom room the following day, which means we have to join the 2 single beds so 3 of us can sleep
