Amazing hosts, super breakfast, comfy bed
The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was homemade, and I felt like I was a guest in their home. The apartment and rooms are decorated with both style and comfort, and it made such a change to stay somewhere so stylish and unique. The breakfast was made with love and care. I had the double room with a balcony, which was quiet as it didn’t face the street. I felt safe traveling solo. The bed was super comfortable. The bedding was luxury, and the shower powerful. The photos are a true reflection. There is a little lift to take up to the third floor. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and to make me welcome. I’d stay here again if ever in Trieste.

- • There is nothing to not like, but as with all Italian city apartments, the inner courtyard view isn’t anything special to look at - but it is quiet, which is great considering the busy location.
Perfect B&B for a city trip
Great location and super nice and stylishly furnished. Christian as a host is incredibly dedicated and warm. The breakfast was small and fine - but completely sufficient for our city trip.

Very nice B&B - great short stay in Trieste
This B&B is something special. The location in the center and yet quiet. Cristian, the host, is very warm and attentive; he provided us with many good tips. The decor is very beautiful, well-kept, with attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable. Great breakfast with homemade items and very good cappuccino! We felt very comfortable.

All around perfect
From the first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable in The Lions Den. Our room was beautiful, modern, cozy, and furnished with great attention to detail. The high-quality equipment made the stay even more special. The location in the middle of Trieste is perfect. Everything is quickly accessible, yet it was pleasantly quiet with us. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast. Really exceptionally good! You don't find so many homemade specialties and loving details everywhere. For us, definitely a highlight of the stay. And then there is Christian, an incredibly friendly and personable host who was always there with great tips and his helpful nature for all questions. We would book The Lions Den again at any time and can really recommend it from the bottom of our hearts. A very special place for a stay in Trieste!

- • Everything was perfect. Thank you, Cristian, for the welcome. The homemade breakfasts are delicious. The decoration is very neat, the cleanliness impeccable. The place is very quiet and in the heart of the city. We recommend without hesitation.
