The location is nice and the place is bucolic! The hosts are charming and very welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful.

John was very helpful with the luggage. Parissa prepared a fine breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, croissant with egg, and a nut bread. Great location! Must be absolutely beautiful in sunny weather with blue skies. Unfortunately, we had bad weather (rain and cold)! Highly recommended!

A very nice place to explore Ottawa
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making a lot of effort to ensure a pleasant stay for us. The breakfast was the best of our entire 14-day tour in Ontario/Quebec. The location is also very good for exploring Ottawa.

- • The room was a bit tight. It was not so easy to place two suitcases so that they could also be opened.
Very nice hotel for visiting Ottawa
Kokomo is a very nice, cozy, small hotel with super nice hosts. The owners always strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. There are fireplaces inside and outside the house for reading or conversation sessions, the breakfast is freshly prepared and very tasty, and the location of the hotel by the water is very beautiful.

Geographical location with a trail in front of the b&b that can take you to downtown Ottawa in 1h 15 on foot or by bike. Calm and kindness and availability of our hosts. Car parking. Proximity to restaurants right next door

Great location. Quiet, close to some very good restaurants. Close to a bike path that could take you anywhere to Ottawa or Gatineau. Very friendly hosts. Very good breakfast.
