- • Unfortunately, our experience at this boutique hotel did not match what was advertised online. The photos appear to be heavily enhanced and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The location also did not feel ideal to us, and we were not comfortable in the surrounding area. The entrance had multiple industrial padlocks, which gave us concerns about overall safety. Within the first 30 minutes of arrival, we decided to leave and book another hotel. The grounds were not well maintained as shown in the photos. The pool and hot tub did not appear to be properly cleaned or serviced. Our room had a strong chemical odor, and the sheets and towels appeared worn and dingy. In the bathroom, there were multiple lizards/iguanas visible on the walls, which was very unsettling. We were also surprised to find that there was a shared refrigerator for all guests, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. One additional note: the property has several very high ratings online, but our experience was very different. Interestingly, shortly after we left, a new 10-star review appeared, which made the overall rating feel a bit inconsistent with what we encountered. While the host/owner was kind and welcoming, the overall experience did not meet our expectations based on the listing. This property may work for travelers looking for a very budget-friendly stay and who are comfortable with more rustic or communal conditions—but it was not the right fit for us.
Beautiful authentic small-scale resort
Beautiful resort with a lovely garden and pool. Nice breakfast, but not quite enough for us, additional items could be ordered for an extra charge. Beautiful authentically Mexican decorated house.

- • No private terrace, but sufficient space in the shared garden to relax. Scooter or car needed to reach the center and the coast.

Very unique place. We loved the vibe. Beautiful and colorful design. Lovely staff, good breakfast. Very accommodating! We loved the cat as well!

A beautiful and intimate space. Felt right at home. Only stayed a week but feel I could stay much longer. Felt very safe
Loved the easy accessibility, the atmosphere and outside space. Breakfast and service were excellent. Maria the cat was a friendly and sweet companion.

A breakfast in a haven of peace
The exterior of the establishment is simply magnificent! It looks like a small oasis with colorful decoration, soft musical ambiance, a calm pool. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast served by the pool. The service staff was very kind.

- • We were a little less fond of the room decor, which did not really match our personal tastes, with a rather old and distinctive style. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, even if their personality and the overall atmosphere are quite atypical, which can be surprising at first glance.
We had a great time Patricia. It is a small but fine facility. She and her team took great care of us and were always quick to respond to questions and address our concerns. And Maria (the cat) is of course great. Thanks again for everything. I would recommend a scooter or rental car.

- • If you want to say something, we would have liked to have fruits included with the egg dishes (which were very tasty) without an additional charge. But that's complaining at a very high hotel level.

The property is very clean, cozy, the bed comfortable, good breakfast, the people working there very attentive. There is a playful kitten.

- • It's a bit far from touristy areas but taking a mototaxi gets you everywhere just fine
