Everything in this hotel is wonderful! It's my second time here and for sure I will stay here again next time I visit Siwa. Mr. Ali is a lovely host and all the staff is really helpful. It's a totally awesome hotel! I have nothing negative to say. The rooms are spacious and clean and very well-decorated. The pool area is very relaxing. Whatever you want, Mr. Ali and the staff are here for helping you in any way.

The room is spacious and clean, with stable hot water, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and other facilities. Although we stayed on the first floor, we didn't find any flies or mosquitoes in the room. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic!

The hotel staff informed me that they had sent me an email to cancel this reservation. I don't understand why I have to cancel it, and I haven't received this email either. The front desk manager said that because the hotel was fully booked, they upgraded us to a suite for free. Only after we opened the room did we realize how bad this suite was. It was too dirty. I have never seen such a dirty hotel room in my life, especially in the bedroom
