房间很宽敞干净，有稳定的热水，空调，冰箱，电视这些设施。虽然我们住在一楼但是房间里没发现苍蝇和蚊子。工作人员非常友善热情！

酒店工作人员告知给我发过邮件，让我取消这个预定。我不懂为什么要我来取消，同时我也没收到这个邮件。前台经理说，因为满房，所以为我们免费升级到套房。当我们推开房间入住以后，才发现这个套房如此之差。太脏了，我这辈子没见过这么脏的酒店客房，卧室里面

Supera todas las expectativas

Las instalaciones son preciosas y están en perfrcto estado. Nos dejaron hacer check-in temprano y check-out tarde de cortesía. Las camas son mejores que las de muchos hoteles de Cairo.

  • • Está a 20 minutos caminando del centro, pero en el lobby te consiguen un tuk tuk que te lleva por 100 libras egipcias.
