All you could need in a B&B!
A lovely, spacious B&B, only 10 minutes walk from the beach, shopping centre, and closest bus stop. I stayed in the ensuite room, which was very spacious and immaculately clean, and opened out onto a patio with couches and a pool. The room has generous bathroom, with a big deep bath and rain shower. The bed is super comfortable, and the room has a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast and more hot drinks are also available in the dining room. Karen is a welcoming host who makes you feel very much at home. Great for FIFO workers like myself, and good value for money.

The breakfast was more that expected, and we also enjoy a lot the location. Only 10min by walk to the beach. It was really quiet so it was perfect to recharge our batteries

- • Everything was really great so it's hard to find something maybe the length of the window for the bath to avoid to spread water in the bathroom ^^ thank you for the stay !
Just a short walk to the beach! Loved watching the sunset every evening. Karen is an awesome host, we were well looked after for our 2 nights in Perth!

We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone needing a room for a short stay.
It was beautiful set out home with gorgeous decor and plenty of places to sit and relax. It was in a quiet street extremely close to everything needed.

Two days spent in Perth. Proximity to the beach...
All good. Very nice place, comfortable. Welcoming host. We highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely beach nearby but car needed for stay
Walking distance to a very nice beach. Nice pool and kitchen facilities. Breakfast and snacks throughout the day was nice.

- • You need a car to stay here. Not the best public transport options which means it would take you a long time to get to places without one. Also just to note that it is not like a B&B in some countries where you are segregated from other guests/the owner, you are all next to each other in rooms and feels more like a house share. Not a negative though as the owner was very friendly
