The hotel's location is really great. You can see the sunset from the balcony and witness the sun sinking into the sea for the first time in half a century. The video on the phone was zoomed in four times, very clear. The hotel's coffee is excellent. The kitchen is also available for use. The landlady is very welcoming. I originally had another itinerary scheduled at this hotel, but due to changes in the schedule, I had to cancel it first, but I can't wait to find another time to visit.

Very friendly & helpful host. It really was a home away from home. Beautiful room overlooking the pool & Indian Ocean. Mullaloo was an unknown gem to me, bike tracks, beaches, harbours, surf clubs, restaurants, proximity to Rottnest Ferry, it's got it all. Thank you Karen

- • It was close to perfect other than people with restricted movement may have problems getting in & out of Bath Shower.
Karen was very nice, we were able to use her kitchen to prepare some dishes. Her house is close to the beach, less than a 10-minute walk. Very clean and good breakfast. We didn't have a car, but a few buses allow you to get to her place even if you have to walk a little less than 10 minutes. Karen was really lovely, she even took the time to show us a place full of kangaroos by car. We even spent an evening chatting with other tenants in the house. I would gladly come back!

- • The room was a bit small. We had 2 suitcases, and when we opened one, there was no more space in the room. With the suitcase open, we couldn't even open the door of the room.
Great location… nice view of ocean from the deck… Karen was very easy to deal with… will definitely stay again
