The best choice in Santa Teresa
We had an amazing stay, we stayed at Rio144 because our wedding would be in a nearby location, from the first contact we were always very well treated, impeccable staff and all the service is of unparalleled quality. We already have the desire to return, we could not have made a better choice, it was our pre-wedding location and the first place we returned to after the wedding, it really has a special meaning for us. I recommend without a doubt.

The view of Rio at sunrise, as in the evening and especially at night. Fantastic! The stylish and harmonious decor, with many special details. The delicious breakfast. The trustful handling of the open self-service bar. The terrace with pool and view. And the enchanting Kaenne Faria, who anticipates every wish. A must is the recommendation of the restaurant with Michelin stars. Thanks to everyone for the great time.

- • Nothing!! Do not listen to people who want to badmouth this area. The hotel is not centrally located in Rio, but easily accessible with public taxis. The breakfast and the view more than make up for it.

The staff, very attentive. They speak French. The idyllic setting. The magnificent view. Terrace with board games and the possibility to make your own caipirinha. The restaurant next door, Bar Do Tino, with a guide who takes you there. And Flash 🫶🏽

- • The location, sometimes taxis do not go up to the pousada (steep, cobbled paths, high). However, we asked the staff who helped us find taxis.

- • The service scheme is do it yourself and pay for what you consume in the end (does not accept cards) the intention is for you to feel at home, take whatever you want to drink, make your food and so on but I travel more to be served, so it depends on the guest's profile! The location is beautiful but no uber, ifood and the like want to go there so getting around is a problem.
Very pleasant
Very beautiful establishment decorated with great taste. You really feel good there. The view of the bay is truly magical, even in very overcast weather and rain. Thanks to Jean and Stale for their very warm welcome and advice, and thanks to the staff.
