- • The neighbourhood was very dangerous (not only) at night. The sofa used as a third bed was bad, it felt as if there was no mattress.

The apartment is very close to the bus stop. A bit noisy due to traffic but with the windows closed everything is okay.

I recommend 200% - superb B&B on Deschanel Avenue
Everything was perfect, the kindness of the hosts and the beautiful place, the house is very pretty and you feel good there. The room is bright, clean and very pretty. Access to the city center is quick (2 minutes to the bus and 10 minutes to the tram). The neighborhood is very beautiful, with art nouveau and art deco buildings + the splendid park, a green setting in the city center. The breakfast is excellent and the breakfast room is magnificent. Possibility of parking is a real plus for the city center. If I had to come back to Brussels, I would come back to BB avenue Deschanel. I recommend everyone to come to this place.
