Top!! The house is extremely cozy, very spacious, and offers a fantastic view of the lake and Traunstein. The kitchen is well equipped and there are many beautiful, cozy spots inside and outside the house to spend time and enjoy the stay. The beds are large and very comfortable.

Beautiful house with a dreamy view of the lake, tranquility, and the energy of the mountains. We liked everything very much.

Charming house with a wonderful view of the lake!
The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need: the kitchen has everything for cooking, comfortable beds, a large bath, washing and dishwasher machines. Good location, close to many attractions. We had a great six days here.

We spent 8 days in this house and overall had a good experience. The house is interesting, clean, cozy, and has almost everything you need. There was tea, coffee, dishes, and a washing machine which was very convenient during our stay. A few things to note: there is no microwave, so it’s good to keep that in mind. To reach the lake, you need to go by car — even though there is a beautiful lake view from the bedroom and living room, access to the shore is completely blocked. The road nearby is quite busy with two-way traffic, so it can be noisy and not very safe to cross. The toilet is on the ground floor and the bedroom is upstairs, so elderly guests should be aware there is a staircase. We were welcomed by a kind man who explained everything. When we left, we just placed the key and the tourist tax no one disturbed us. It seems that the yard is shared with the neighboring house, but during our stay there was no one, so it was quiet and private. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place for a peaceful stay with a nice lake view. Thank you! 🌿

Really good Austrian house
The host was really nice and the house was cozy. It was great that there is a fireplace in the living room. The house was nicely organized and furnished. We were concerned that the wifi connection would be weak based on previous comments but it worked pretty well for us.

- • For me it was a little bit untidy, for example, I found a couple of spider's webs in the bedroom.
It was a clean and fully equipped accommodation. Kind host, free parking. There is a really nice lake and park nearby where you can swim.
