- • We've had better beds but for one night it was okay. And the balcony is a bit overrated but if you stand on your toes you can see the sea and the little island.
The photos make it look better than it is. Okay only for a short stay.
It is a private little house, not shared with anyone else. Correct cleanliness, has 2 cold air fans, one upstairs and one downstairs, and some kitchen utensils, shower gel, a travel hairdryer in the bathroom, etc. Overall correct.

- • Uncomfortable layout (room upstairs and bathroom downstairs, staircase not accessible for people with some difficulty). There is a desk in the room that blocks access to an upper floor (weird feeling). The rooftop clothesline is not very accessible, so we didn't use it because it's uncomfortable. The bed, the mattress has a plastic cover and the sheets smelled of naphthalene. There is a capsule coffee maker but not a single courtesy capsule, they left the toilet paper very tight and other details that gave us a sense of neglect, besides the fact that the views from the room are not really nice, they face the terrace of a bar. Street noise.
Perfectly positioned house, on the harbor of Vila Franca do Campo. Central location for visiting the island. Kitchen on the lower floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. From the photos, it looks much smaller.

- • The house has stairs with a lot of inclination, small and high steps, and a quite dangerous and uncomfortable railing, not very suitable for older people or children. Access to the very small rooftop for hanging clothes can only be done by thin people. The room for 3 people is very small with uncomfortable beds and no space to even open a suitcase.
