I didn’t even unpack before booking an alternative hotel

Not very much. The staff were understanding when I immediately asked for a taxi to another hotel that I booked as soon as I saw the accommodation

Good choice

I had s very nice stay here. It's a tranquil place in a quiet area where you can rest and still at walking distance from the party scene. Many options around for your meals. My room as comfortable, the aircon worked properly and the wifi was strong and stable. Hot shower if you available if you need. The breakfast was good and the best was the staff, the guys taking care of the place were really attentive and welcoming. They kept the premises clean and were always willing to help. I would stay here again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lima Bintang in Gili Trawangan and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and authentic place to stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they helped with everything I needed, from local recommendations and arranging activities to answering questions and making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. One of the highlights was how personal and caring the service felt. The staff even cooked for me, which made the experience feel less like staying at a guesthouse and more like being welcomed by friends. Their hospitality was truly exceptional and created memories that I will always associate with my time in Gili Trawangan. The atmosphere of the property is relaxed, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying island life. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to everything Gili T has to offer while still providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. What really sets Lima Bintang apart, however, is the people. The kindness, generosity, and genuine friendliness of the staff made all the difference and turned a good holiday into an unforgettable one. Excellent stay close to everything

Excellent value for money, the accommodation is close to the arrival port, beach, and center of the island! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped me with tours, transportation, and there they rent bicycles, snorkeling masks... The breakfast is delicious, everything is very clean. The room is large, comfortable bed, has air conditioning and a fan. I loved the time I spent there and highly recommend it :)

Loved my stay here. The owners are so welcoming and kind. Place was clean and had a fan. Also offer bike rental to get around the island.

Fantastic

Beautiful structure, very unique, super welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful terrace with hammocks to relax. Quiet and peaceful place. Good breakfast. We rented bicycles and snorkeling equipment at a convenient price.
