Price/value ratio is perfect
I booked this room “just to sleep”, because the plane landed at 21:30, so arrival at any hotel would be around 22:30, and at 6:00 I was supposed to go on an excursion, so I just needed a clear room with air conditioning, a shower, and no insects. The room met all my expectations, for 12 euros per person, the room is perfect. Besides, in these 12 euros, also included “sandwiches” - some local food, do not know the name, but really delicious. P. S. On arrival, I visited a local fish restaurant Farez, 20 minutes' walk from the apartment, highly recommended all, except calamari in tomato sauce

Very clean, well-maintained, and responsive staff
Very clean, which is exceptional for Sinai. Well-maintained apartment, which is conveniently located in the downtown of Sharm, within walking distance of the bus stations. The staff was not there but was very responsive online. We notified that we would check out early, so they kindly brought us an early breakfast which consisted of pita with foul and pita with falafel for each. Highly recommended!

- • The downtown has no touristy sites but is very accessible for public transportation, so it is a recommended location for budget travelers
Michele is a good host, with great communication, and even leaves you a welcome detail. If you travel to Sharm by bus (not recommended), it is very well located near Go Bus. It has a very nice internal patio. It is a spacious and comfortable apartment. It was very clean, and it is a very quiet area

- • I did not like Sharm el-Sheikh, but that has nothing to do with the accommodation. Everything is far from everything. Probably the accommodation will not be convenient if you want to go to the most distant beaches
A price-performance product
This is a complete price-performance product. The homeowner quickly answered my questions. He helped me in a few things I needed more without asking for an extra price. He had posted instructions all over the house. He is a good person, I recommend choosing him. Thank you, my friend

Excellent overall!
Excellent overall! The most important thing is that it is clean and tidy. I had the opportunity to meet the guy who cares for the facility and congratulated him. The facility is located very close to Watania bus station. The Old Town, Naama Bay, and Hadaba with its wonderful beaches are not far from the facility. The area around has a lot of interesting shops and restaurants. The property owner is always ready to give guidance

Very clean, with dedicated staff cleaning and managing the rooms, the boss is also very kind, providing laundry services, which is very important for us long-term traveling tourists. The accommodation environment is very good, well-located and convenient for transportation. There is a Catholic church just 200 meters away, very beautiful
