Fabulous...
The team at Romantic Palace were absolutely so welcoming and helpful. We loved every minute here. Food was excellent and beach service was great. Some other good restaurants in the area also. For a relaxing holiday Romantic Palace was perfect for us.

Amazing stay from start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for more.
The staff were friendly without being overbearing. They remembered our names and always said hello with a smile especially Stella and Theo! The apartment was clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. We could walk out of the front door directly onto the beach, some days we would go from the room to the beach to the restaurant and back to the room. We could not have asked for a better stay than we had at Romantic Palace.

Amazing place ruined by bad management.
Amazing location right across from the beach. The apartment was really nice and a good size for 2 adults + 2 toddlers. Nice coffee and yummy food from the restaurant downstairs, with free use of the sun loungers with €20 consumption which wasn't a problem. The cleaning ladies were wonderful.

- • There was a stinking sewer leak in the bathroom which we informed them about as soon as we arrived, they promised someone would come to fix it soon but in our 8 day stay that never happened. There were no indications the tap water wasn't safe to drink, the whole family fell ill for a few days. We realised later it was tank water that is trucked in. We fell ill when the tank ran empty. There was no water at all for a few hours. We didn't receive any notice from the hotel about anything. Bottled water from the supermarket was not expensive. The shower hose was leaking electricity, enough to be painful. Once again we let them know but nothing was done. The power went out unannounced several times during our stay. As best as I could tell this only impacted our hotel not the neighbouring ones. There was also an announced power outage of about half a day due to the electricity company, nothing to do with our hotel. There is no laundromat in town.
