Perfect location. Host (Edmund) very friendly and helpful. Close to the station and in the historic center of Brussels. We were able to leave our luggage for a few days to go to Bruges at no extra charge, saving us the hassle of carrying it around. The common room is very nice. You have coffee, tea, cereals, etc. available for breakfast.

Edmund...is the best, warm, friendly, welcoming! The room with access to a beautiful little terrace, a kitchen with food and drink to make breakfast or snack included in the price, the option to leave the suitcase even more days after check out...perfect location and the best part is it's an LGTBI friendly space 🏳️🌈⚧️🏳️⚧️

Very pleased with the location, the host, amenities.
Location is superb if you want to be in the center of everything. Despite the noisy street, the room was peaceful and quiet as it overlooked the patio. The host was very kind, polite, and accommodating. Coffee available in the morning, unexpectedly. A fantastic vegan/vegetarian cafe is just a few houses away.

- • Internet connection was not the best, only worked up to the middle of the room, not in the sleeping area. Pricing on Booking.com seemed skewed, got a reasonable price with a big discount. Be cautious of the original price as it may be overpriced. Do not expect anything chic or super-fancy.

Our host took great care of us throughout the stay! The loft is well located and quiet. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows for breakfasts and meals for 4 people. Perfect stay!

Best guesthouse in Brussels
Everything! Edmund was a friendly, welcoming, and helpful host. He kindly shared his 2 cats with us. The loft room was perfectly set up for our family of 4. We found it very clean and comfortable with everything we could need. Very close to the main attractions in Brussels and the metro.
