Reasonable stay.
The location is very central and at the same time very calm. The cleanliness was exceptional and the bed was comfortable.

- • It smelled of humidity, the bathroom did not have good steam extraction, after the shower and the only window in the room, which was a skylight, had a broken blind, to have daylight you would have to open the window.

- • The apartment seemed very clean and modern at first glance. Unfortunately, this positive impression was immediately overshadowed upon arrival by a very strong, unpleasant smell. To me, it clearly smelled of mold. In my room, the smell was even more intense and unbearable. I contacted the owners immediately and pointed out that it was very difficult for me to stay there under these circumstances. After a short stay at the beach, I returned and tried to cope with it - unfortunately without success. I started feeling increasingly unwell, got headaches, and couldn't bear to stay in the apartment any longer. I contacted the owners again, but was informed that neither another room was available nor a refund was possible, as the booking was made through Booking. At around 10 pm, I was forced to look for alternative accommodation, which turned out to be very difficult at short notice. Ultimately, I was able to move out around 11 pm and switch to another hotel. I find it particularly problematic that guests apparently continue to be accommodated despite the known smell. There were also hardly any ventilation options (only a small hatch), which further exacerbated the situation. Even though the owners were friendly, I consider it negligent to offer accommodation in this condition. The next day, I still had complaints such as headaches and nausea, and even my clothes had to be completely washed as everything had absorbed the smell. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.
